We're back!
Thanks to the progress we've all made in BC over the past several months of the pandemic, it's finally safe to re-open our doors, move some books, and raise some funds for some vital local charities.
You’ll find the usual wide collection of pre-owned books in excellent condition—thousands and thousands of them, on the shelves, on tables, and in the pews, each with its own story to tell.
We now accept credit and debit card payments as well as cash!
The Churchmouse Bookshop—which is also open every Saturday, 10am - 1pm—receives good-quality used books from the Greater Victoria community and gives them out to new owners in return for cash donations in support of St. Mary’s charity efforts and partners. Our largest charity partner is the Food Bank at St. John the Divine, on Quadra and Mason, and we also support the work of Threshold Housing and Our Place.
