Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the parishioners of St Mary's, Oak Bay, will be held on the 12th day of February at 12:00 noon, in person in the nave of the church, for the purpose of electing/appointing of the officers, receiving of the Annual Reports, and the approving the budget for 2023.
The meeting will be preceded by a light lunch immediately following the 10am morning service of worship.
The Annual Report for 2022 is available for download below, and in hard copy from the main office or the back of the church on Sunday, Feb 5. Please contact the office if you cannot come by to pick up a printed copy.
