Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the parishioners of St Mary's, Oak Bay, will be held on the 25th day of February at 12:00 noon, in person in the nave of the church, for the purpose of electing/appointing of the officers, receiving of the Annual Reports, and the approving the budget for 2024.
The meeting will be preceded by a light lunch immediately following the 10am morning service of worship.
The Annual Report for 2023 will be emailed to the membership list, or by request by mailing info@stmarysoakbay.ca, or in hard copy from the main office or the back of the church by Sunday, Feb 18. Please contact the office if you cannot come by to pick up a printed copy.
