Join us for a tail-wagging, whisker-twitching celebration of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi—patron saint of animals and all things furry, feathered, and fantastic! On Saturday, October 4th, Churchmouse Books will play host a joyful Blessing of the Pets. Whether your companion barks, purrs, chirps, or slithers, bring them along (on a leash or in a carrier, please!) for a simple blessing and to give thanks for the unconditional love, comfort, and laughter our pets bring into our lives—and offer a special blessing in return. There’ll be treats for pets and people, and a chance to meet fellow animal lovers in the community.
