Alleluia Alleluia! Christ is risen!
He is risen indeed. Alleluia! Alleluia!”
Join us in person or online as we celebrate the risen Christ, who has brought Light and Life and Reconciliation!
Today we rejoice in the light of Easter Day, the climax of our Lenten journey with Jesus, the Christ. Join us at 1701 Elgin Rd at 10am as we gather to listen for the Word of God and to pray, or join us live online as we stream the service.
This Easter Sunday we will see the return of the ‘flowering cross’—a tradition in many churches and one that we had begun before COVID. On Easter Sunday morning, please consider bringing along a blossom or several from your own garden, if you have one, or from a bouquet you might have in your home.Come early for the 10am service, and bring your flowers to the front, where Jackie Hiebert will be busily arranging all our floral offerings on the wooden cross, as signs of the joyful Life we have in the risen Christ.
NOTE: Coffee and hot cross buns after the service, or to take home!
